Maxbells Spartan Kettlebell Class

This adults only Kettlebell class is designed to suit a variety of people from the couch potato to the most elite athlete and transport them rapidly to gain functional strength, improve muscle tone, melt away fatty tissue, mobilise your body and harness cardiovascular fitness. These exercises are taught with strict form.

Wing Chun Class - age 14 up, including adult

Beginners start with Wing Chun Kung Fu Self Defence, then progress to the more advanced, and concentrated systems of Wing Chun Kung Fu, such as Sil Lum Tao, Chum Kiu, Biu Gee then finally we move into J.K.D. the history, concepts, understanding and mental attitude of the late Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do.

Systema - age 14 up, including adult

This is taught in a relaxed manner. Students are expected to be mindful and patient with the abilities of themselves and their partners. A good Systema student should be open minded and relaxed in body both body and spirit. Systema is holistic in that it does not just concentrate on the physical but the spiritual also. Strength - Courage - Humility

Private Tuition

Private tuition is available on Tuesday evenings or weekends and is available on a first come first served basis. Attendees must phone or email in advance to arrange a class. Private tuition can be arranged for a maximum of 4 adults or as little as 1 allowing 1 to 1 tuition. Pricing is available upon request. The class is tailored to suit the attendee(s) with popular classes being Cardio Kickboxing, Maxbells Kettlebells and Inferno (one student managed to loose 7% bodyfat in 8 weeks)
