Rather than explaining here exactly what our approach is. I offer you, to come along and participate.
As usual, all we ask is that you please ensure you have consulted with your doctor before taking up any form of training, especially if you are guilty of being an "Armchair Warrior". If, on the other hand, you are slightly more energetic or do have your own training / excercise regimes then come along and give yourself a boost.
Please take note students - if you don't feel like you want to vomit at the end of the class, then you haven't utilised this class to its optimum.
