If you would prefer a "mono et mono" (- one to one) class then why not take advantage of our private tuition.
Please note - these classes must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance and students must not be late.
Prices are very competative.
Students must state clearly which discipline they want to participate in. Popular classes are Fat Loss Inferno (8 week programme), Strength & Conditioning, Maxbells Kettlebells, Cardio Kickboxing, etc. This list is only an example of the most popular.
We also accept pairs of students wishing to train and learn together with training costs shared.
Private tuition class sizes are limited to a maximum of 4.
During an 8 week training regime, one of our students dropped an amazing 7% Bodyfat.
